Rajesh Menon

Rajesh Menon has focused his career in R&D strategy and drug development of novel molecules in the biotech and pharma industry over the last 22 years. During his career journey at major companies, including Genentech, Rajesh has been passionate about the changing clinical trial landscape and intersecting R&D strategy with technology. This was further exemplified during the recent pandamic and his leadership in advancing innovative approaches in clinical trial management and streamlining clinical data. Rajesh is very passionate about mentoring, inspiring his teams to take an entrepreneurial mindset and pushing the boundaries on their projects. He is now heading his own independent consultancy focused on supporting clinical development in early-stage biotech companies. Rajesh has a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, Master's from Wayne State University School of Medicine, and an MBA from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business.
