Miao Cheng

Miao (Daniel) Cheng is an experienced Chinese patent attorney and litigator with 20 years of experience. He received a master and bachelor’s degree in biology from Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is president and founding partner of Cheng & Peng, a boutique IP firm based in Beijing, China. He has extensive experience in cross-border protection of intellectual property, and his practice area covers patent prosecution, litigation, licensing, portfolio management and due diligence. He won the title of “Best 10 IP Litigators in China”. He counsels Ministry of Science and Technology, National Commission of Health, and Supreme Court of China.
